“Verifying Energy, Empowering Trust.”

Who we are
Verigas Solutions blockchain provides transparent, auditable, and automated verification for feedstock origin and carbon intensity of energy products to meet the fundamental requirement for claiming multi-million-dollar government tax incentives.

IoT sensors measure key metrics: Feedstock input Syngas output, Hydrogen production, Electricity generation, and Energy consumption.
Data is cryptographically signed at the source to ensure authenticity.

A private, permissioned blockchain (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric) creates an immutable, timestamped record of all production events.

CI Score Calculation, Automatic Tier Assignment, Digital Attribute Tokenization, Automated Reporting
Our platform uses IoT sensors to record key data points (feedstock type, gas composition, production volume, energy input) at the source. This data is immutably logged onto a blockchain. Smart contracts then automatically analyze this data against official government criteria and mint digital tokens representing the environmental attributes of the energy produced.
Maximize Credit Value: Provide the proof needed to claim the highest tiers of the 45V and 45Y tax credits.
Dramatically Reduce Time to Cash: Accelerate the monetization of credits from a multi-year process to a near real-time, automated function.
Slash Audit Costs: Reduce the need for expensive, recurring third-party verification audits by up to 70%.
Unlock Green Premiums: Sell verifiably clean energy at a premium to ESG-focused offtakers.

Prevent Fraud & Double-Counting: The immutable ledger ensures each unit of energy is only counted once for a tax credit.
Reduce Audit Burden: Access a transparent, pre-verified audit trail for any credit claim.
Investment Confidence: Provide certainty that a project will generate the projected tax credit revenue.
Supply Chain Verification: Procure energy with guaranteed, verified environmental credentials.

Smart contracts are programmed with the latest GREET model (the IRS-standard lifecycle analysis model). They ingest the real-time IoT data to dynamically calculate a verifiable Carbon Intensity (CI) score for every batch of hydrogen or electricity produced.
Based on the calculated CI score, the smart contract automatically assigns the production to the correct tax credit tier (e.g., for hydrogen: $0.60/kg, $1.00/kg, or $3.00/kg).
The contract mints a digital certificate (as an NFT) for every MWh of electricity or kg of hydrogen, containing all the verified production data and its CI score. This token is the proof of its “green” value.
The platform generates pre-verified, pre-filled reports for the IRS, ready for submission, slashing administrative time and cost.
Smart contracts can automatically release tax credit payments or transfer value the moment verified production data meets regulatory thresholds, reducing cash flow delays and eliminating intermediaries.
Every contract execution creates a tamper-proof, transparent ledger of compliance events, ensuring regulators, producers, and buyers can trust the integrity of the data without costly third-party audits.

The platform cuts IRS reporting and verification from a multi‑year manual process to near real‑time. This drastically accelerates tax credit monetization, which can be worth $100M+ annually for a single hydrogen plant.
By combining cryptographically signed IoT data with a blockchain ledger, VeriGas ensures an unforgeable digital audit trail. This reduces reliance on costly third‑party audits and protects both producers and regulators from fraud or double‑counting.
Smart contracts not only verify Carbon Intensity (CI) scores but also automatically assign the highest eligible tax credit tiers (45V, 45Y, 45Z). This enables producers to capture the maximum incentive and unlock premium pricing for verified clean energy.
